What terms do the listed prices cover?
Prices are FOB Xingang, China. They cover everything up to loading on board. The sea freight share is already built into the listed price on a volume basis. Import duties and local charges in the destination country are not included.
What is the minimum order quantity?
50 SETS per model. You may mix several models within one container.
Does the price rise in step with the number of bays?
No. Posts are shared with the bay next to them, so the number of posts does not rise in step with the number of bays. The more bays you add, the lower the price per bay.
Why are there two packing options?
There is standard packing and reinforced packing. Reinforced packing adds styrofoam on all six sides of the box, for long routes and cargo that is handled several times. The box grows, so volume and freight rise with it. Both prices are listed for every product, so you can compare and choose.
How many sets fit in one container?
It depends on the product. Each product page lists the number of sets for a 20ft and a 40ft HQ container. The more you load, the lower the freight per set.
How long are these prices valid?
These are the prices we quote during the exhibition. They can move with raw material costs and exchange rates, so we confirm them in a formal quotation once the order quantity is fixed.
How do we choose the colors?
Posts come in chrome, white and sage; panels in white, peach pink, charcoal black and wood. The six combinations on display are our own selection โ for an order you may pair any post and panel you like.
Can the size be changed?
The grid is 348mm. Height steps up and down in 348mm increments, and width is built by joining 600 and 800 bays. Build it yourself in the web builder and the size and parts appear on the spot.
How much can one shelf hold?
With an evenly distributed load on an 18T MDF shelf and deflection held to L/250, a 600 shelf takes about 50kg and an 800 shelf about 28kg. These are design values.
What materials are used?
Panels are MDF with an LPM finish. Posts are powder-coated steel or stainless steel, and the joints are finished with injection-molded fittings.
Is assembly difficult?
Parts slot together, so no tools are needed. To add a bay later, you simply add parts while the unit stays standing.
How is a corner handled?
A 90ยฐ corner module turns the wall. Nothing has to be made to order, so two walls run as one. 72.7% of our domestic sales are configurations that include a corner.
Can we buy extra parts later?
That is the backbone of this product. Leave the posts as they are and add panels, hanger rails and shelves to gain bays. We explain the terms for parts re-orders at the booth.
How long does an order take?
It depends on the quantity and the color mix. Our staff answer on the spot at the booth, and we also follow up using the contact details you leave.
Can we receive a sample first?
We explain what is possible, and on what terms, at the booth.
Can you produce under our own brand?

What test reports or certificates do you have?
